With a background career of sixteen years in
Nursing and Medical Surgical Sales, and eighteen years experience
in Real Estate Sales in the Toronto Central Core of Toronto,
Carolyn believes in putting her clients’ needs first. Really
listening and always willing to help. She works with a high
voltage of energy, enthusiasm, integrity, professionalism,
comprehensive market knowledge and a good sense of humor,
even in those tense negotiations.
Not only was Carolyn one of the first residents of Empire
Plaza, she also served as Director of Sales for the developer
Centara Corporation. She has extensive knowledge of this building
as well as others in the South Central Core. As a suite owner
at Empire Plaza, Carolyn served as the President of the Board
of Directors, previous to this appointment she served on the
Board for three years. To date Carolyn has sold more than
sixty suites in this building alone. She actively works the
Core Condominium buildings, producing a large volume of sales
each year.
Carolyn could not have attained the level proficiency without
recognizing that her relationship with her clients does not
end with the closing of the sale. Carolyn enjoys and cultivates
a phenomenal referral business. Her list of satisfied clients
and friends is a testimonial of professionalism, hard work
and dedication.
Carolyn has the respect of her peers and continues to maintain
a high profile as a Top Producer with Re/Max, winning many
Top Sales Awards: Platinum Club and Hall of Fame and Award
of Courage 2000. Every transaction that Carolyn does, she
contributes a portion to Children’s Miracle Network.
She is active in the community and serves on the Gala Committee
for the Kidney Foundation. In 2003, the Kidney Foundation
became a recognized Charity in the Toronto Waterfront Marathon.
Carolyn participated in the Half Marathon, raising money for
Kidney Transplant. This year she is heading up the team “Kidney
Stones” to create more awareness and help with the message.
She has also volunteered to meet with newly elected MPPs to
advise and educate them about issues related to kidney disease
and ask for their support at Queen’s Park. Generously, she
has offered to assist with Fund Raising for St Michael’s Hospital
for Nephrology and Transplantation.
