We are a small group of experienced mortgage consultants with a very high volume of business. Unlike the traditional financial institutions, we only deal in one commodity - mortgages.

• Unlike a bank, there is no need for us to coerce our Clients into bringing over their GICs, RRSPs, Credit cards, etc. in order to get the best rates.
• With our constant monitoring of the mortgage market, we are always aware, on a daily basis, as to which bank or lender will approve your application with the best interest rate, terms or conditions to suit your needs.
• We know what to expect at the time of application. With our high volume, there is no need for us to solicit and compare multiple lending offers.

In short, we "shop the market" on your behalf. We take the guesswork out of whether the lender is giving you the best interest rate or the right mortgage or the best terms to suit you. We use our expertise in order to save you the time and anxiety on your new purchase, refinancing your current property or on our "no fee" mortgage renewal.

Best of all, there is no cost to you, the Client. Our prime lenders pay us for the service which we provide. However, there can be credit problems or special circumstances where we have to charge for our service when we access special financing etc. In such case, the Client is always made aware, "up front", of any fees that may be involved.
