Brian Lutz has been serving the Hamilton, Stoney Creek and surrounding area since 1993. He received a double Bachelor of Science in Economics and Physics at the University of Toronto then went on to receive his Bachelor of Laws at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. Brian has served as an executive board member of the Haldimand-Norfolk chapter of the Canadian Mental Health Association. Brian is also a member of the Alberta Bar and Law Association of Alberta.

His practice includes real estate, wills, powers of attorney, estates and trusts, corporate and commercial transactions and litigation, civil litigation and family law.
